Travel


The conference will be held at Hotel Quality Blumenau, in Blumenau, Santa Catarina. The country’s official currency is the Brazilian real (R$), and taxes are generally already included in displayed prices.

We recommend planning your trip in advance. Airfare is usually more affordable when purchased early, and hotels near the event venue may experience high demand as the date approaches.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own stay. Lunch, dinner, and accommodation are not included in the event registration.

Getting to Blumenau


Nearest airport: Navegantes International Airport (NVT) is the most recommended, located about 42 km from Blumenau, approximately a 45-minute drive.

Other nearby airports:

  • Joinville (JOI): approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes away.
  • Florianópolis (FLN): approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes away.
  • Curitiba (CWB): approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes away.

Transfers: From Navegantes, transportation options include taxis, ride-hailing apps, shuttle vans, and intercity buses connecting the airport to Blumenau. The shuttle company used is Transportes Executivo.

By car: Travelers coming from the coast can access Blumenau via BR-470. From the north, access is via BR-101 to Guaramirim and then SC-413. From the west, via BR-282 to Campos Novos and then BR-470.
